This is the official rules page of Serizon. Cross-Network rules apply for every platform we are on, including Discord and TikTok. Server rules apply specifically for the Minecraft Server Network. We assume no liability if something happens to you or your account while you are active on one of our platforms.

§ 1 Cross-Network Rules

(1) Spam, Insults, Threats and Provocations against other users are forbidden.

  1. Posting a message 3 times in a short time already counts as spamming.
  2. Spamming commands counts to the default spam rule.
  3. Auto-Messaging in set intervals using a modification is forbidden.
  4. Indirect spamming by adjusting messages slightly is not allowed.
  5. Spamming in private messages to a player is also forbidden.

(2) Extremist, ethically unacceptable and pornographic content is strictly prohibited. Political and religious content is generally not prohibited, but undesirable.

  1. The staff team has the right to delete any messages they see unfit for general discussion. This is to prevent heated arguments about sensitive topics.

(3) No advertising of external services on our platforms.

  1. The posting of Server IP addresses which don't refer to Serizon is forbidden.
  2. Sharing clients and data packs is allowed, if the content on those packs are appropriate and do not provide any illegal advantages.
  3. Advertising of Livestreams is allowed, if the content is focused on Serizon. Spamming advertisements is not tolerated.

(4) Sharing private data or data of others is strictly forbidden.

  1. Sharing your name and age are allowed however discouraged.
  2. Any Information about where you live/ anything beyond basic information will get your message deleted.
  3. Sharing others personal information is not allowed under any circumstance.

(5) Punishment evasion/bypassing by using multiple accounts or bugs is forbidden.

(6) Any kind of intentional bug-using, to get advantages or damage the server, is strictly forbidden.

(7) Real-Money-Trading (even attempting) is strictly forbidden.

  1. Selling and/or buying ingame values and items privately for real money is forbidden.
  2. Buying someone else a package from our Store is allowed.
  3. Trading cosmetics and currencies of cosmetic clients for ingame currency is allowed.

(8) Causing lag with your buildings - intentionally or not - is forbidden.

  1. Building a lag machine to intentionally harm the server will be punished with a permanent ban.
  2. Building unnecessarily big farms with thousands of blocks and entities being processed by the server can result in an unwarned removal.

(9) Phishing (stealing of account details) is forbidden (also by official laws).

(10) The purchase/sale of Minecraft Accounts within the range of our network is not allowed.

(11) The use of unofficial alt-accounts from services other than Official Minecraft is forbidden. The use of second-accounts that were officially bought from the official website for the full price is allowed.

  1. You may not exceed the limit of 2 accounts per person on the network.
  2. You are forbidden to play with more than 2 accounts (eg. using a third account to make a claim or to get vote rewards and then transferring them to the main account).

(12) You have to follow staff instructions. Staff members are allowed to execute punishments by own judgement, this goes beyond rules stated here.

(13) Abusing staff services by provoking or not following their instructions, as well as lying to a staff member in any way may result in a punishment.

(14) For complaints, questions and reports open a ticket in our Discord Server or write an email to support@serizon.net.

§ 2 Survival Gamemode Rules

(1) Ingame items and values that got lost due to server errors, lags, bugs or own fault will not be refunded, although this is taken by case and in very rare circumstances will we return lost belongings.

(2) Items, that were obtained by using illegal modifications (Hacks, Cheats) or server errors, are not allowed to be kept. Inform a staff member for further instructions.

(3) Clients and modifications, that give disallowed advantages, are forbidden. Popular cosmetic clients, like LabyMod or LunarClient, are allowed.

  1. X-ray modifications and texture packs are not allowed.
  2. Autoclicking is not allowed. You also may not put an object on a mouse-button so you don't have to hold it.
  3. Building-mods like Schematica or Litematica are not permitted to be used.

(4) Offensive skins, clan- and nicknames are prohibited. The staff decides if something has to be changed or removed.

(5) Using AFK-Farms is not forbidden, but you can't use a second account to use such farms, only your main account or a main account of another player are allowed for use.

  1. You are not allowed to put different farms from different lands together so you need less "AFKing" players to activate all farms.
  2. You are not allowed to make a land with a farm on your second account and merge it together with your main farm.
  3. Bypassing land-limits for specific blocks like chests, hoppers and spawners in any kind of way is forbidden.

(6) Griefing of other's properties and buildings is not being tolerated.

  1. Griefing something using e.g. explosives or a lava-cast is forbidden.
  2. Intentionally prohibiting someone to continue his project is forbidden.
  3. Unnecessary claiming to limit the space of others is forbidden.
  4. Griefing outside of claims to intentionally destroy the area is forbidden.

(7) Scamming, spam-killing and trapping players is not allowed.

  1. Scamming is forbidden and can be punished by a staff member at any time. This includes falsely advertising items. Failure for the buyer to read and agree to terms is their own fault and does not count as scamming, And the seller will not be punished.
  2. Teleport Killing (Tp-Killing) is prohibited. Reports for this are taken on a case-by-case basis and judged responsibly by the staff team. What counts and doesn't count will be decided by the team and will be decided fairly. A good rule of thumb is any killing under 3 minutes after a Tp is considered a Tp-Kill.
  3. Spawn-killing or repeatedly killing a player is forbidden.

(8) Using alt-accounts to bypass limits or restrictions of any kind is forbidden.

  1. Using alt-accounts to bypass the individual limited stock in the black market is forbidden.
  2. Using alt-accounts to somehow bypass land-limits (e.g. connecting 2 lands for 1 big farm) is forbidden.

Rule Disclaimer

These rules apply for the whole Serizon Network. By using our Minecraft-Servers and other services you automatically accept the rules. If you get banned on one gamemode it counts server-wide and the punishment will persist. Everyone has to inform themselves about rule-changes without request. Users may be punished for rule breaks, the punishments for each rule break will not be disclosed and will be flexible depending on the case. The Administration Team reserves the right to change the rules at any time. Player Reports MUST contain proof in order for a punishment to be issued or a request to be met. The staff team is not required to have or show proof of a rule break to the player in question although in most cases will. Please note that not every single rule is listed here, if you are unsure whether something is a rule violation or not, please open a ticket and ask the staff team beforehand.
